Frequently asked questions
I've never done yoga - should I still come?
Of course!! Any class that is being taught will have modifications for someone that is new to yoga or seasoned. There are always ways to grade up or down a yoga pose! And, as always, everything is optional to try and to not try! There are also plenty of classes that are not yoga and still relaxing!
Is this event kid-friendly? Older adult friendly?
This event is more than kid friendly - it is family friendly! Bring EVERYONE! We have something for everyone of ALL ages! We have chair yoga and tai chi/qi gong for those that like gentle classes as well!
I don't know how to meditate. Will someone be there to help?
All of the meditation sessions offered will be guided and the teacher/presenter will be there to help you take it step by step. Even those that struggle to stay still, silent, or thoughtless - that's what meditation teachers specialize in guiding!! Come try it - you will enjoy it & learn!
Is there any programming going on?
YES! We have two stages PLUS a kids zone - so there is something for everyone at all times! Our schedule is attached! We have classes for older adults too including tai chi/qi gong and chair yoga!
Can I bring my pet?
Although we are animal lovers, pets must stay at home but service animals are welcome! Fair & Expo staff members will be on the premises checking.
Is this event indoors?
YES! This event is fully indoors and air conditioned!
Is there parking onsite?
Yes! There is parking onsite for a flat rate of $10!
Will there be food?
Yes!! There will be food for purchase!
How long is this event?
This event is nine hours: from 9am - 6pm!
